Refunds
We hope you are happy with your product, but we understand that sometimes you might change your mind. Returns are not a problem at Smithers, as long as you follow our terms.
REFUNDS BEFORE DELIVERY 'UK ONLY'
If you wish to cancel your order once its been placed and require a refund, this is ok up to 48 hrs after ordering with us. After this time has passed your item will be processing, so you will have to wait until you have the item to send back to us, then we will process your refund on return. If your item has not yet been collected from our courier we may be able to stop the delivery and will process the refund within 3 working days.
