REFUNDS BEFORE DELIVERY
In order to receive a refund, the customer must contact us by email within '3 DAYS' of us receiving their order. After this date has passed a credit note will be given to use in our store within 12 months.
Orders cannot be cancelled after 3 days of ordering from our store, as shipping process will already be in motion.
REFUNDS AFTER DELIVERY
We hope you are happy with your product, but we understand that sometimes you might change your mind. Not a problem here at Smithers of Stamford!
Customers must email us within 2 days of receiving goods. The original paid postage fee is none refundable and the return journey is non refundable. it's your responsibility to return with your own parcel provider. Any emails requesting to return an item received after 2 days of accepting the goods, will be issued with a credit note.

All goods must be returned to us in perfect condition, resalable, unused and include the original box and packing to our warehouse address - International Returns address Smithers of Stamford Church Farmhouse, Main Road, Etton Cambridgeshire PE6 7DA United Kingdom.
Orders returned to us within the correct time frame of 14 days are subject to either a refund, credit note or exchange
International orders - We are not responsible for the return postage and original outward shipping fee, this will be deducted from the sale.
IMPORTANT - 'Furniture Orders' cannot be refunded after 3 days from ordering the item - this is due to the ordering process with our manufacturers. Any cancellations made after this period, will be issued with a credit note.
Sale items are non refundable.
Please check goods on arrival for damage. All small home decor parcels are also fully insured. Please report damage within 24 hours from signature date, after this time the claim will not stand and we will not be liable.
