REFUNDS AFTER DELIVERY 'UK ONLY' In order to receive a refund, the customer must contact us by email within '7 DAYS' of us receiving their order, after this date has passed we cannot accept returns.

Sale items are non refundable.
Please check goods on arrival for damage. All small home decor parcels are also fully insured. Please report damage within 48 hours from signature date, after this time the claim will not stand and we will not be liable.
