REFUNDS BEFORE DELIVERY
In order to receive a refund, the customer must contact us by email within 7 DAYS of placing their order. After this date has passed a credit note will be given to use in our store within 6 months.
REFUNDS AFTER DELIVERY
We hope you are happy with your product, but we understand that sometimes you might change your mind. Not a problem here at Smithers of Stamford!
Customers must email us within 14 days of receiving goods. UK only we will arrange collection for you. The original paid postage fee is not refundable and the return journey. Any emails requesting to return an item received after 14 days of accepting the goods, will be issued with a credit note. Any returned orders received at Smithers Warehouse after 30 days of accepted return date will be rejected.
All goods must be returned to us in perfect condition, resalable, unused and include the original box and packing to our warehouse address - International Returns address Smithers of Stamford Church Farmhouse, Main Road, Etton Cambridgeshire PE6 7DA United Kingdom.
All orders returned to us within the correct time frame of 14 days are subject to either a refund or exchange - the choice is entirely up to the customer!
International orders - We are not responsible for the return postage and original outward shipping fee, this will be deducted from the sale.
IMPORTANT - 'Furniture Orders' cannot be refunded after 7 days from ordering the item - this is due to the ordering process with our manufacturers. Any cancellations made after this period, will be issued with a credit note.
