Bond St Clock

Bond Street in London is a cool street in the West End, connecting Piccadilly to the south to Oxford Street in the north end. The London street, consisting of two sections, has been a fashion shopping area since the 18th century and is the home of many cool outlets that sell prestigious and expensive home interiors and clothes. The south section is known as Old Bond Street and the long north section is known as New Bond Street, however, is not generally made in everyday usage. The street was originally developed by the genious Sir Thomas Bond. It transformed to a built up area in the 1720s, and by the end of the century had become a popular place for rich and famous in Mayfair to socialise.
