In the very rare case something is delayed or goes missing, we either refund the customer or send a replacement straight away — no quibble. Older reviews online mentioning delays relate to supply issues from years ago, not the current service.

Delivery times are dependent on the product that you have ordered. Some products are available with 1-3 day delivery. Furniture sometimes is in stock. We have such a large range of products online so if you are unsure of the delivery eta please email us here and we can let you know lead time.
We will let you know the delivery day eta after ordering from us, we can send small items out on next day delivery if its in stock, but large furniture items do take longer to organise.
If you have placed an order for more than one item, we aren’t able to guarantee they will be delivered together. Items within your order are dispatched as soon as they are ready.
