How can I return an item?

Smithers is sorry you would like to return an item. No problem, just request to the return within the 7 day period after delivery. Please note it is your responsibility to arrange to get the item back to us in original packaging. Please make sure its' sent with care back to us and make sure you have insurance as we are not liable for damages return. If the turns up damaged we Smithers of Stamford will not refund your payment.

How can I cancel an order?

We are sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your order. Please contact the Smithers team  and let us know your name and order number you wish like to cancel. Smithers will confirm when this has been processed and we will issue you with a full refund, which will be credited back to your original payment method. Returned items take 10 days after we receive the item back. Cancelled orders before delivery take 5 days. 'Please note bespoke ordered items can not be refunded'

How long will my refund take?

All refunds are credited back to your original payment method and will be in your bank account within 5-10 business days. These will appear on your statement as coming from ‘Smithers of Stamford LTD' as this is our registered trading name. If you have contacted us to cancel your order, we will process this cancellation within 48 hours. If you are awaiting confirmation of a returned product, Smithers will confirm this once the item has been returned back to us in original condition which is usually 48 hours after the delivery has taken place.

Can I exchange my product for something else?

Yes can exchange anything in our store. If you'd like to cancel your order before delivery, Email us and we can sort for you. If your item has already been delivered, but you have changed your mind and want something else, just let us know within 7-days. Contact our Smithers team .
