28 Day Refunds:

We hope you are happy with your product, but we understand that sometimes you might change your mind. Returns are not a problem at Smithers, as long as you follow our terms.

REFUNDS BEFORE DELIVERY 'UK ONLY:

If you wish to cancel your order once it's been placed and require a refund, this is ok up to 24 hrs after ordering with us. After this time has passed your item will be processing, so you will have to wait until you have the item to send back to us, then we will process your refund on return. If your item has not yet been collected from our courier we may be able to stop the delivery and will process the refund within 3-4 working days.

REFUNDS AFTER DELIVERY 'UK ONLY:

In order to receive a refund once you have received your item, the customer must contact us  within '28 DAYS' of receiving their order. Any email return request, after the period of 28 days this will be declined.

POSTAGE REFUND:

Returns must then be sent back to us within 30 days from delivery day. The product must be sent back in its [original box] and in a re-sellable condition - exactly as it arrived with you and unused in perfect condition. If you don't have the original box, then we cannot process a refund.

PLEASE NOTE: 

 As previously stated, all items must be sent back with the original box or a refund cannot be issued. 

HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE:

Refunds take 3- 5 days to process with our accounts team and the original payment method will take 5-7 days to reverse back to your original payment method..

Important Notice for International Deliveries:

If the international recipient (you) refuses delivery of the shipment after two delivery attempts to your address, the parcel will be returned to us by DHL or FedEx.

In such cases:

  • Smithers of Stamford is not liable for the goods or the return shipping costs.
  • We are not responsible for unaccepted deliveries and will not issue a refund if you fail to accept your delivery.

FAULTY GOODS:

Please check goods on arrival for damage. Please report damage within 24 HOURS from the signature date, after this date the claim will not stand, Smithers of Stamford will not be liable.

Made To Order items:

Custom commission orders that you made to us via email cannot be canceled after payment.
