Voucher codes are valid on full-price items only and not sale items unless we specifically let you know otherwise. You can only use one voucher at a time. We have a Newsletter voucher than runs 12 months of the year this voucher can be found at the bottom of our homepage, simply add your email in the box and we will send out voucher code.

You can order furniture and gifts at the product pages on our Smithers website just click the red 'Add to basket'. You can then continue to shop and follow the prompts to check out. At our check-out page, you'll be asked to type in your payment and billing address and delivery address. Please double check all your details are correct before proceeding and ensure all boxes marked with an asterisk* are filled in correctly. If you live in the UK but your delivery address is not on the UK, you will need to fill in address for delivery as well. If you are ordering furniture from USA or any other countries than the uk please email us first to get a quote for furniture shipping quotes, small gifts and lighting is worked out automatically at the checkout page and your 20% Vat will get taken off the price.
