The Samurai Warrior is a real power house figure standing tall at 2.2 meters and weighing in at a whopping 127 lbs! He wears thick cladded iron and aluminium armour. The history of the Samurai begins as early as 792, when Japan ended it's policy of conscripting troops. That led provincial land-owners to assemble there own armys for defense, giving the rise to the Samurai. By 1185, warlords became this awesome elite army, ruling in the name of the Emperor. Governing them was a shogun, the most powerful family or clan. Under him were Daimyo, heads of other families, who were served by Samurai Warriors. Through the centuries, different clans vied for power.
